I almost never write any reviews on Google, but my experience with The Blind Factor was so exceptional that I had to sign on to share my thoughts. I had shopped a few places locally to my home & was not thrilled with the selection of styles or quotes I was receiving. A new found friend told me she had a great experience with her window treatments & shared their info. Though they were about 30 minutes away, I went to their store & found not only the largest selection of items I had seen, but staff that genuinely cared that you choose the correct items for your needs. Michael explicitly explained & demo-ed all the different types of window treatments, Damon (sales) came to my home & helped me choose fabrics & privacy options that would work in each room (along coming in with great pricing compared to my other quotes), Mitch called to set up my install date & confirm it, & Eddie & Steve as installers were on-time, extremely clean & efficient. Everything looks FANTASTIC & works even better than I imagined! Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this group! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for window treatments (in any price range)!!

From my first apartment to my more than three houses this company is the first call I make after moving into a new home. They have the most up-to-date products and will explain in detail any questions you may have. The prices are amazing and the quality is top notch! Damon, Eddie, and Stacey have always gone above and beyond. I appreciate the follow through when they say they are going to call you, they are always prompt and on time, and very organized. Just yesterday I snapped one of my verticals off the track that I had purchased from them 15 years ago and within an hour ( lucky that Eddie happened to be in my area), he was at my door fixed my vertical and wouldn’t take a dime. I love the fact that this business is family owned and operated and has been around for more than twenty years. Damen, the crew and everyone there are fabulously nice and very experienced.
